Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft and maintain safety.;
Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide courteous service to build positive relationships.;
Monitor for potential theft indicators and communicate findings to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.;
Assist in training and educating Associates on shortage-reduction initiatives and loss-prevention procedures.;
Support adherence to Loss Prevention directives and company policies; participate in special projects as assigned.
