Flexible Sales Associate (Part‑Time) – Pandora – Shops at Montebello

We are looking for a customer‑facing team member who can deliver a world‑class fan experience, exceed sales goals, and cultivate lasting connections with shoppers in our Pandora store. This role is part‑time and focuses on peak hours, promotions, and special events.

• Results‑oriented seller who can clearly meet or exceed sales targets.
• Demonstrated care and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences at multiple levels within the organization.
• Minimum age 18 with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• A flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
• Capacity to step in for high‑traffic periods, special events, or additional coverage needs.

Part‑time commitment ranging from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons, with emphasis on evenings, weekends, holidays, and promotional events.

California: $17.81 – $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
