Diagnose and repair complex mechanical failures on production and facility equipment, including gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, presses, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems;
Perform precision mechanical work such as shaft alignment, bearing installation, balancing, and tolerance-critical repairs;
Lead major equipment overhauls, shutdown maintenance, and emergency repairs;
Conduct root cause analysis on recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions;
Mentor and train Level 1 and Level 2 mechanics; provide technical guidance and job oversight
