Lead and supervise crews for factory assembly and on-site shell/core projects;
Perform hands-on work as needed (drywall, metal stud framing) to maintain pace and quality;
Plan daily work, allocate labor/equipment, and conduct start-of-shift huddles and end-of-day debriefs;
Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules; raise RFIs as needed;
Enforce safety programs and ensure compliance with HCD requirements and California Building Code
