Front End Next.

JS/ React Developer

• Develop and deploy a robust and intuitive user interface.
• Assist in the design and implementation of core features for the automated application screening and intelligent scoring system, focusing on user-facing application.
• Collaborate closely with TA team, product managers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and a seamless user experience.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code using Next.js and React within an agile development environment.
• Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces.
• Assist with integrating the new system with existing platforms, including Greenhouse ATS.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the application.
• Contribute to technical documentation and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid experience with React frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Create React App).
• Proficiency in designing and developing responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
• Good understanding of consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) is highly desirable.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with backend technologies is beneficial but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, testable, and efficient code.
• Strong problem-solution skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
