Manager of Billing and Revenue Integrity

Location: Brossard

Own billing and revenue accounting practices for a SaaS organization. Streamline processes to ensure accuracy in invoicing, collections, and overall revenue health.

This operationally intensive role requires effective leadership of a team while managing key accounting functions and system integrations. You'll interact with various stakeholders to ensure that deals are accurately translated into revenue entries and timely invoices. Focus on reducing manual exceptions and driving system improvements to enhance the billing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage subscription revenue accounting month-end closures

• Oversee integrity of billing records in Net Suite

• Ensure accurate translation of opportunities to revenue orders

• Monitor collections and aging receivables efficiently

• Ensure a seamless customer billing experience

Requirements:

• 5–8 years in finance or billing operations

• Proficient in understanding subscription revenue models

• Knowledge of ASC 606 and revenue recognition policies

• Experience with major ERP platforms like Net Suite

• Strong operational and mentoring capabilities
