Could you be the full-time onsite Industrial Controller in Saint-Bruno, QC, CA we’re looking for?

--- Take on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis, driving informed decision-making across the organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Finance, Operations, and Cost Center Managers), coordinate and prepare budget exercises, and much more.

- We’ll look to you for:
Producing the headcount report
Producing and presenting the cost center report
Preparing site activity reviews
Producing actual vs. budget comparisons of under/over recovery
Entering and controlling data related to your scope in the reporting tool
Explaining under/over recovery discrepancies
Explaining variances on cost centers
Establishing best estimates and last estimates of costs
Coordinating and preparing the budget exercise (costs and rates) for different functions
Acting as the key user for the timesheet tool and SAP GSI
All About You
Degree in Accounting, ideally CPA
Experience or understanding of monthly closing activities, reporting, and budget preparation
Knowledge of SAP and timesheet systems
Familiarity with financial analysis and variance explanations
Strong communication skills in both French and English
Rigor and attention to detail
Analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making
Autonomy and self-motivation
Business partnering to support cost center managers effectively
Proficiency in Excel for financial reporting and data analysis
