Drive financial leadership as the Director of Accounting and Financial Services within our construction firm. This full-time role focuses on compliance, budgeting, and team supervision.

You will oversee a dedicated staff of 5-10 employees at the head office, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and operational excellence.

Your role includes managing financial records, implementing strategic policies, and directing the analysis of financial data. A CPA certification is essential for this high-responsibility position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage financial department staff

• Identify compliance issues and implement solutions

• Plan budgets and oversee expenditures

• Establish and implement financial policies effectively

• Collect and analyze financial data for strategic decisions

Requirements:

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) qualification

• Expertise in MS Excel, Access, and bookkeeping systems

• Strong organizational and compliance skills

• Leadership experience with small teams preferred

• Effective under pressure in a fast-paced setting
