Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to resolve banking inquiries and transactions

• Direct clients to the appropriate department for specific banking solutions

• Educate customers on digital banking tools and services

• Assist frontline staff in managing cash and transactional activities

• Provide feedback to improve branch processes and customer experience

Requirements:

• High School diploma with 1+ years of relevant experience

• Must obtain IFC certification within six months

• Preferred degree in a related field

• Skilled in MS Office applications and banking software

• Effective communication abilities and customer service experience
