Drive financial accuracy at Pharmaprix as a Financial Services Administrator. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functionalities in a dynamic store environment.
In this role, you will support the store's financial objectives through effective accounting practices. Your duties will include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining payroll schedules. This position is pivotal for ensuring compliance and smooth financial operations within the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate packing slips and invoices against orders
• Reconcile daily cash register sales for discrepancies
• Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis accurately
• Maintain customer account details and AR statements
• Audit expense allocations diligently
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in accounting or finance
• Strong MS Excel skills and report preparation
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with great organizational skills
• Ability to work well with diverse teams
