Accounts Receivable Technician Position

Location: Vaudreuil-Dorion

Fastco needs an Accounts Receivable Technician who is detail-oriented and customer-focused. This job involves payment processing, customer collections, and supporting account inquiries in a finance role.

The successful applicant will play a key role in Fastco's Finance team as an Accounts Receivable Technician. You'll handle the processing of customer payments, assist with collections, and provide prompt responses to inquiries. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellent customer service are vital for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support collection activities and contact customers on balances

• Review accounts and process payments with accuracy

• Maintain records of payment transactions and communications

• Help customers understand invoices and account status

• Collaborate with internal departments for customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Administration, or a related field

• Experience in customer service or accounting is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Bilingual in French and English is essential
