Manager of Financial Accounting at Delbridge

Delbridge is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Accounting & Operations Manager dedicated to full-cycle accounting management. This role combines financial reporting with payroll and operational oversight, ideal for multi-entity environments.

As the Financial Accounting & Operations Manager, you'll be tasked with preparing detailed financial statements and consolidated reports. Your leadership will ensure smooth financial operations while mentoring accounting clerks, executing close procedures, and maintaining compliance with Canadian tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements monthly

• Manage multi-entity consolidated reporting

• Supervise accounting clerks and coordinators

• Conduct month-end and year-end financial closes

• Ensure accurate journal entries and account reconciliations

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle accounting experience

• Experience with multi-currency reporting preferred

• Hands-on experience in payroll processing

• Proficient with accounting software, especially Quick Books
