Key Responsibilities:

• Process mutual fund trades and ensure accuracy

• Validate financial documents for compliance purposes

• Conduct quality control checks to secure data integrity

• Support cash movement processes including EFT and wire transfers

• Assist in accounting tasks for investment accounts

Requirements:

• Experience in financial services or data operations

• Relevant post-secondary education in Finance or Business

• High proficiency in Excel

• Familiarity with cash movement and reconciliation

• Strong detail orientation and organizational proficiency
