Position: Operations Associate at Insight Global

As part of the operations team, you will process trades and validate financial documentation. Your responsibilities will focus on ensuring the accuracy of transactions, performing quality control checks, and assisting with cash transfers. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute mutual fund trades accurately

• Review and ensure compliance of financial documentation

• Maintain data integrity with quality control checks

• Assist in cash movement, including EFTs

• Support accounting and reconciliation of investment accounts

Requirements:

• Previous experience in data entry or finance

• Degree in Finance, Business, or E-Commerce

• Strong Microsoft Office, particularly Excel capabilities

• Familiarity with cash movement processes

• Excellent attention to detail and organization
