Vice President, Finance
Location: Quebec
Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 annually plus bonus
A confidential organization is seeking a strategic and operationally focused Vice President, Finance to support a dynamic and evolving business environment. This executive leadership role will partner closely with senior leadership teams to drive financial performance, strengthen planning and reporting processes, support operational initiatives, and provide strategic financial guidance across a complex multi-site environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing financial operations, improving forecasting accuracy and business visibility, supporting organizational growth initiatives, and contributing to long-term business strategy.
Responsibilities- Lead finance operations across multiple business units and locations
- Partner with leadership teams to support business performance and operational initiatives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and management reporting
- Support process improvement and business transformation initiatives
- Strengthen financial controls, reporting processes, and operational visibility
- Provide strategic financial insight and recommendations to executive leadership
- Mentor and develop finance team members
- CPA designation required
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Experience supporting operational and multi-site business environments
- Strong financial planning, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
- Strong technical accounting foundation, including knowledge of ASPE/IFRS, financial reporting standards, and internal controls, with the ability to translate accounting complexity into clear business insights for operational and executive stakeholders
- Experience working within complex and evolving organizations
- ERP systems experience required
- Fully bilingual in French and English
