Client Engagement Financial Representative

Location: La Prairie

Drive client success as a Financial Services Representative at CIBC's Banking Centre.

Your role focuses on fostering relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored financial solutions.

Joining the Personal and Business Banking team, you'll meet with clients to uncover their financial aspirations and guide them to the right products and services. This role is full-time and requires on-site work, including possible evening and weekend hours, as well as travel to different banking centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage clients to determine their financial priorities

• Strengthen relationships through targeted outreach and marketing

• Educate clients on the benefits of mobile banking solutions

• Develop forward-looking financial strategies for clients

• Connect clients with appropriate banking resources

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of client engagement experience

• Current Mutual Funds License or equivalent accreditation

• Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking abilities

• Preferred background in banking or financial services

• Committed to client-focused service and building trust
