RBC Dominion Securities is looking for an efficient Associate to join the Brossard team. This full-time role focuses on deepening client relationships and supporting account administration. You’ll manage client communications, conduct onboarding, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with Advisors for meeting preparations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage timelines and support for client accounts
• Address client inquiries in a timely and effective manner
• Liaise with various internal departments for client solutions
• Assist in onboarding new clients to the firm
• Maintain and update social media and communication materials
Requirements:
• Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) holder
• Bilingual (English and French)
• At least 2 years in the securities industry
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
