Drive financial success as the Regional CFO in Delson, QC, focusing on strategic operations and financial analytics. This position emphasizes modeling and budget responsibilities.
As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting operational decisions with financial insights and modeling. You will manage the monthly closure, preparation of budgets, and performance metrics, while mentoring local managers in financial practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as operational financial strategist
• Generate and analyze monthly financial reports
• Direct annual budget processes and forecasts
• Develop financial models for new business opportunities
• Conduct necessary audits for IFRS compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in finance or accounting; CPA/MBA an advantage
• 5+ years of finance, accounting, or FP&A experience
• Expertise in advanced Excel modeling
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
