Finance and Control Manager

Position: Finance and Control Manager Role
Location: Brossard

Lead financial operations as the Finance and Control Manager, overseeing a team while optimizing the organization’s budget activities. Collaborate in English or French within a 40-hour work week.

This permanent position involves directing staff, supervising 3-4 individuals, and assigning financial projects. You'll focus on compliance issues while reviewing budgets and financial reports. Designing investment strategies and managing financial data analysis will be key aspects of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign financial projects to enhance decision-making

• Coordinate financial operations and budget activities

• Supervise and motivate a team of 3-4 staff

• Identify and resolve compliance issues

• Review budgets and financial reports for projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years in finance or management

• Proficient in MS Excel and SAP

• Valid driver’s licence and background checks

• Preferred language:
Korean
