The work mode arrangement for the position is full-time on site.
As a member and client experience advisory agent, you help give members and clients a better experience, ensuring they are satisfied. You promote the organization's cooperative values through the support you provide to members and clients, offer personalized solutions, and identify business opportunities for referral to specialized colleagues.
Responsibilities- Promote the organization’s cooperative values through the support you provide to members and clients.
- Support and provide advice to members and clients about their banking transactions, ensuring they feel welcome and their needs are addressed.
- Promote Desjardins products and services and the various distribution channels available.
- Serve as an ambassador of digital solutions, advising members and clients on their use of technological tools.
- Ensure financial transactions go smoothly, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Provide information and support on the use of technological tools, sharing advice about prevention and safety.
- Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities.
- Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, ensuring they are referred to the appropriate partners.
- Stay on top of the latest standards, products and services in your field.
- Adhere to compliance, security and risk management rules.
- High school diploma in a related field.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience (other combinations may be considered).
- Knowledge of French.
- Knowledge of all convenience services products and services.
- Knowledge of Desjardins products and services for caisse members, business centre products, components and distribution networks, and competitors’ offerings.
- Ability to enter data in the systems.
- Knowledge of security measures, legal frameworks and internal controls.
- Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives.
- Knowledge of operating procedures related to convenience products and services and automated and assisted transactions.
- Knowledge of service standards.
- Available to work one evening per week, on Wednesday or Thursday, until 7:00p.m.
- Action‑oriented, communicates effectively, customer‑focused, embraces differences, learns quickly, is adaptively situational, and tech‑savvy.
