Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

Join as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, overseeing budgeting and forecasting while leading a team of analysts. Shape financial strategies by delivering critical insights across the organization.

This leadership role, reporting directly to the AVP of Finance, emphasizes financial reporting, forecasting excellence, and business intelligence. You'll collaborate actively with senior leaders and enhance financial processes with your team of three analysts, ensuring effective decision-making through quality insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly management reporting and KPI assessments

• Scrutinize financial results for clarity and accuracy

• Present insightful financial analyses to senior executives

• Facilitate annual budgeting and forecasting activities

• Develop and improve financial reporting dashboards

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent

• CPA or CFA preferred

• Over 6 years of relevant financial experience

• Strong knowledge of Power BI

• Fluent in French, with working knowledge of English
