Branch Manager and Financial Advisor

Location: La Prairie

Lead as a Branch Manager and Financial Advisor with RBC in La Prairie, Canada. This hybrid position focuses on client advice and branch leadership to enhance retail performance.

RBC seeks a Branch Manager Advisor who will spend 40-50% of their time providing financial advice and 50-75% leading branch operations.

Your role will include managing a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and driving new client acquisition. Furthermore, you will champion digital enablement while engaging with clients both inside and outside the branch to build strong relationships.

Requirements:

• Valid Mutual Funds accreditation is essential

• Minimum 3 years in people management

• Bilingualism in English and French required

• Completed relevant compliance courses preferred
