You'll coordinate closely with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan tailored arrivals for regular and VIP guests

• Mentor and inspire team members in their roles

• Ensure service areas adhere to health and safety regulations

• Coordinate with departments for smooth customer service

• Provide support during guest complaints and emergency situations

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hotel Management preferred

• Minimum supervisory experience of 2 years in a hotel

• Ability to inspire and lead a team

• Quick problem-solving and guest empathy

• Strong computer knowledge, OPERA PMS experience an asset
