POSITION
DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to directly support the National HR Vice President in a complex, people-focused, and rapidly growing environment.

ROLE AND
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate HR activities.
Follow regulatory deadlines and compliance obligations.
Maintain corporate HR documentation (policies, procedures, programs and communications).
Manage incoming HR communications with professionalism and judgment.
Managing the VP of HR's agenda.
Participate in the preparation and follow-up of key meetings.
Prepare presentations and communications with executive reach
Supporting the HR team directors in operational activities.
Supporting the preparation of documents related to collective agreement negotiations.
To monitor decisions and priorities.
Update HR dashboards and key indicators (turnover, OHS, grievances, disputes).

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Good communication
Bilingualism both oral and written
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
