Technical Sales Representative – Industrial B2B (Custom Solutions)

Join a Québec-based manufacturing company active in the industrial sector, specializing in the design and production of custom technical solutions for B2B clients.
We are seeking an Industrial Account Manager focused on client retention and targeted growth of existing accounts, capable of managing customized technical projects and long sales cycles. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, design, and production teams to support clients from needs analysis through to final delivery.
What is in it for you:
• Annual salary between 90K–110K, depending on experience, plus bonus.
• Full-time, permanent position based in Vaudreuil.
• Day schedule, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities:
• Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of existing industrial client accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within current clients (new projects, new needs, custom solutions).
• Gain an in-depth understanding of clients’ technical and operational needs in order to propose customized solutions (custom products).
• Manage long sales cycle client projects (several months), from needs analysis through production and final delivery.
• Actively participate in technical discussions with clients, including specifications, adjustments, testing, and validations.
• Coordinate client projects with internal teams (engineering, design, production, customer service).
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of ongoing projects: timelines, quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and lead project kick-off meetings and progress review meetings with clients.
• Maintain accurate client and opportunity information in the CRM system.
• Participate occasionally in client visits, industrial trade shows, or strategic meetings (limited travel).
• Occasionally travel to client sites (mainly local or regional), within a limited and targeted travel context.
What you will need to succeed:
• University degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in industrial B2B account management within a manufacturing environment.
• Essential experience selling custom technical solutions (custom products), involving design, testing, and collaboration with technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage long and complex sales cycles.
• Strong ability to build solid and long-term business relationships.
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) to interact with clients and internal or external partners.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing sector or technical plastics (a strong asset).
