Requirements
Promote appropriate access to treatments for patients in the territory by positioning Pendopharm’s Rare Diseases portfolio
Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem
Achieve and exceed business objectives through performance tracking, territory analysis, and execution of strategic action plans
Leverage product knowledge and advanced selling techniques to influence key decision-makers and support the appropriate adoption of products
Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders
Identify, prioritize, and capitalize on growth opportunities within the territory
Develop data-driven business cases
Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, PSP, and other cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
Experience working with specialist physicians
Strong customer focus and patient-centric mindset
Strategic and analytical thinking, with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a dynamic scientific environment
Good knowledge of Health Canada regulations, the IMC Code, and applicable ethical guidelines
Excellent communication, presentation, and account management skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Proven track record of results aligned with a defined territory business plan
Proficiency in data analysis and computer tools
Comfortable interpreting scientific data and clinical research
Experience in rare diseases or oncology is an asset
Ideally based in or around Montreal
