BBA Environmental Impact Assessment Lead

Location: Mont-Saint-Hilaire

Drive environmental excellence as a Project Director d studies, manage government approvals, and oversee projects within energy, mining, and heavy industry.

This full-time position requires strong technical skills and over 10 years' experience in environmental management. You will lead a diverse team, establish project parameters, and implement effective work protocols. Collaborate closely with clients and authorities to ensure successful project execution and compliance with Québec regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of environmental site management

• Perform and coordinate field surveys and reporting

• Develop budgets, schedules, and project tasks

• Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders

• Monitor and manage team performance and dynamics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or similar

• At least 10 years in the environmental field

• Knowledge of Québec’s regulatory environment

• Excellent French communication skills

• Preferred:
Master’s degree in Biology or Environment
