• Enforce health, safety and quality standards, company policies and the collective agreement;
• Ensure optimal use of material and human resources;
• Plan tasks to respect priorities, assign them and follow up on them;
• Ensure the maintenance of a working climate conducive to carrying out maintenance operations;
• Ensure immediate supervision of your team (mechanics, electromechanics and electricians);
• Responsible for the annual performance evaluation process of his team;
• Participate in continuous improvements to the manufacturing process;
• Identify opportunities and establish action plans;
• Ensure monitoring of the preventive upkeep and maintenance program;
• See to compliance with deadlines and the quality of maintenance services offered by mechanics (internal customer/supplier relations).

• DEC in industrial mechanics, electromechanics or equivalent;
• Good command of Office suite software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook);
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Autonomy and leadership;
• Having experience in continuous improvement will be considered an asset;
• Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.

Salary: $69,000/Year - $87,000/Year (CAD)
