DDC Building Maintenance Attendant

Apply technical maintenance skills with RONA as a DDC Building Attendant, inspecting infrastructure and repairing equipment across Quebec sites.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this full-time position handles preventive and corrective maintenance at DDC sites. The work includes building inspections, equipment diagnosis, repairs, minor renovations, and safety compliance. Strong skills in electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and painting support facility upkeep.

• Inspect buildings and equipment across various Quebec sites
• Record regular equipment maintenance and participate in planning
• Diagnose breakdowns, identify causes, and propose solutions
• Complete repairs, replacements, and minor renovation work
• Manage inventory and supplier and contractor relationships

• Three to five years’ building maintenance experience
• Technical diploma or skill cards considered an asset
• Valid driver’s license and frequent travel availability
• Strong electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and painting skills
• Autonomy, emergency management, communication, and basic Microsoft Office skills
