Senior Accountant

A well-established and respected real estate and storage management company in Monterey Park is seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a clear succession plan to grow into a Controller role.

• Own and manage full month-end and year-end close processes
• Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and exception analysis
• Manage intercompany allocations between management company and property entities
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and organized support files
• Ensure adherence to Chart of Accounts and internal standard operating procedures
• Identify, research, and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Utilize Quick Books Online and leverage automation/AI tools to improve efficiency

• 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience
• 5+ years of Quick Books Online experience (required)
• Multi-entity and intercompany accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Monterey Park

• Property management or real estate accounting experience
• Experience incorporating automation or AI tools into accounting workflows
