Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000 per year, plus annual bonus

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Accountant who can independently own the month‑end close process across multiple entities within a real‑estate/storage operating structure. This is an in‑office M‑F position with a career path to a Controller or CFO for the right candidate.

• Own full month‑end and year‑end close
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and exception review
• Manage intercompany allocations between management company and properties
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation and clean support files
• Ensure adherence to Chart of Accounts and internal SOPs
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies appropriately (A/P, A/R and Payroll)
• Utilize Quick Books Online and leverage AI/automation tools to improve efficiency

• 5–10 years progressive accounting experience
• 5+ years Quick Books Online (required)
• Multi‑entity / intercompany accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Full‑time, on‑site availability in Monterey Park

• Property management or real‑estate accounting experience
• Ability to work independently
• Process improvement mindset
• Experience using automation or AI tools in accounting workflows
