Position: Worksite Manager & Facilities Coordinator

Company: Fast-growing Tech and Security Company

Location: Monterey Park, CA (Fully Onsite)

Pay Rate: $25-27/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:0pm

Duration: Temp-to-Hire (Initial evaluation period of 1–2 weeks)

Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a proactive and hands‑on Worksite Manager & Facilities Coordinator to support daily operations at its Monterey Park office. This role is responsible for office administration, employee timekeeping, facilities coordination, and ensuring a well‑organized, compliant, and efficiently run workplace for operations, engineering, installation, service, and accounting teams.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Manage daily facility operations, front office administration, and employee support.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and property‑related issues, including building repairs and service requests.
  • Maintain employee timekeeping and scheduling through
  • Paylocity while assisting with workforce administration.
  • Support OSHA compliance, office policies, and operational procedures.
  • Order supplies, coordinate workplace needs, and serve as a resource for employees while helping maintain a positive and organized office environment.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of office management, facilities coordination, workforce administration, or related experience.
  • Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS/timekeeping systems is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the confidence to enforce office policies and work directly with employees and vendors.
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems independently, and thrive in a fast‑paced operations environment.
  • Experience supporting warehouse, field service, manufacturing, or operations teams is a plus.
