Remittance Processing Specialist II - Operator-3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Performed complex sorting and decisioning of non
  - standard or rejected transactions.
• Day-to-day functions of reject decisioning/processing.
• Pull rejected transactions from all processing areas using reports and audit trails with general knowledge of operations.
• Perform basic level transaction sorting and decision‑making.
• Header batched items with control documents and processing header.
• High‑speed mail extraction & scan on high‑speed and moderate to complex client handling using I‑Tran, IMBL, OPEX 30, 40, 50/51, 150 Falcon equipment.
• Process medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning, defined by client processing instructions.
• Process work accurately and maintain performance output according to department standards.
• Assist with training when needed.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Computer skills.
• Ability to read and make decisions.
• Work well independently and with others in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and learn new processes.
• Must meet minimums for productivity and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

• 1 year of experience.

The compensation range for this position is $16.90 - $17.50 hourly. The position is eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, location, experience and internal equity.
