We are currently looking for a Senior Attorney with experience in Estate Planning, in addition to either Family Law or Civil Litigation.
Job DescriptionThe Senior Attorney will represent our diverse clientele in all legal proceedings pertaining to their cases, provide legal counsel, and draft legal documentation. As a Senior Attorney, you will be a subject matter expert and serve as a mentor to Junior Associates in the firm.
Job Duties- Successful completion of a Juris Doctorate Degree or its equivalent as allowed under the State Bar Act.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Estate Planning, Family Law, or Civil Litigation.
- Reputation for integrity with no history of disciplinary offenses.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; proactive in improving processes and efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally with staff and clients.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills, even under pressure.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Conflict resolution skills and problem-solving ability.
- Bilingual in Mandarin/English.
Must be an active member, in good standing, of the State Bar of California.
Physical RequirementsVisual capacity and dexterity to operate office equipment, read, proofread, and view information on a computer screen.
