Adecco is assisting their client in Monterey Park Hire for a Quality Test Technician!
Ensures that products meet order specifications and established quality and control requirements. Maintains records of inspection progress and problems. Recommends and implements corrective measure sunder general supervision under the Quality Manager.
Generally,requiresbetween1to3years of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment, and familiarity with good manufacturing and documentation practices under ISO
9001and AS9100 regulatory standards.
Performsreliabilitytesting of capacitors, components,instruments, and other mechanical assemblies.
Monitors test activities and records test results.
May be involved in the set-up and maintenance of test equipment and systems.
Responsible for the inspection of all stages of the manufacturing process. Ensures that processes, tools, products,and materials meet established quality standards and requirements.
Receiving Inspector (40%):
- Inspectincomingproducts and components to ensure compliance withinternalquality standards.
- Usecommoninspection tools and equipment(digital calipers, gages,micrometers, Keyence IM) to measure product features according to inspection plans.
- Record inspection results, createnon-conformancereportsto address non-conformitiesalongside
Engineering/Quality Manager. - Identify and recommend improvements to receiving inspection processes.
- Perform electrical and functional tests oncapacitorassemblies and capacitor banksfor capacitance, Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR), and Direct Current Leakage (DCL).
- Perform Long-term reliability testing on assemblies, including thermal exposure, vibration,voltage surge testing.
- Perform special screening of finished assemblies in accordance with customer requirements.
- Use testing equipment to diagnose issues and ensure product functionality.
- Document test procedures and results.
- Monitor production processes and perform regular quality checks.
- Identify and address potential quality issues during manufacturing.
- Work closely with production teams to implement quality improvements.

Pay Range $18-18.50
Pay Details: $18.00 to $18.50 per hour
