The Workflow Team Lead oversees the prioritization and distribution of work to team members, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are effectively aligned. This role involves answering employee questions, supporting supervisors in setting priorities, and performing duties consistent with Processing Specialist roles.
Job Details- PAY RATE: 20.50 hour
- LOCATION:
Monterey Park, CA 91754 - SHIFT: 5:45am to 2:15pm - Sunday thru Thursday
- Distribute work to employees based on established priorities.
- Monitor processing of work to meet processing deadlines.
- Work with Supervisor to determine appropriate processing priorities.
- Answer basic questions from employees.
- Perform duties applicable to Processing Specialist I, II, III, and IV job descriptions.
- High school diploma required.
- Successful completion of drug test and background check.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to read and make decisions independently.
- Capable of working well both independently and collaboratively for all clients.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to change and eager to learn new processes as the business evolves.
- Must meet Deluxe established standard minimums for productivity and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
