Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue accurate invoices to B2B retail customers and distributors
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts to ensure timely collections
- Reconcile customer payments, deductions, and chargebacks while resolving discrepancies
- Maintain and update AR records in the accounting system with proper documentation
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve invoicing issues
- Understand written procedures and apply detailed notes to perform tasks consistently
- Demonstrate strong written communication skills in customer service emails and documentation
- Solve problems by identifying discrepancies and proposing effective resolutions
- Use ERP/accounting systems with proficiency, preferably Net Suite
- Perform basic math calculations accurately and consistently
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections, preferably in CPG or retail
- Strong knowledge of B2B transactions including chargebacks, deductions, and trade promotions
- Communicate clearly and professionally to manage customer relationships
- Support financial audits by providing documentation and reports as needed
- Use MS Excel with strong proficiency including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and SUMIF formulas
