Under the general supervision of the Associate Vice President for Community and Belonging, the Rainbow Raft Pride Center Program Services Specialist performs administrative, technical, and analytical duties in support of the day-to-day administration of Rainbow Raft Pride Center programs and services. The position carries out established program activities and operational processes; interprets and applies applicable University policies and procedures; maintains program information and records;
and uses participation, feedback, and other available data to support operations and identify routine areas for improvement.
Working with campus and community partners, the incumbent implements student-centered activities related to academic achievement, belonging, persistence, retention, graduation, and post-graduation success. The position handles multiple priorities, exercises independent judgment within established policies and practices, and serves as a liaison in support of the Affinity Centers, Enrollment Management, Student Affairs, and the Office of Community and Belonging.

- Program Administration and Operations
- Perform day-to-day administrative and program activities for the Rainbow Raft Pride Center in support of established goals related to student belonging and success.
- Carry out routine operational processes, including maintaining regular office hours, program schedules, records, supplies, and other administrative needs.
