The Pearl Works

is seeking a grounded, people-oriented, and systems-savvy operator to steer our daily operations and community rhythm. This role is the central anchor of our coworking space and shared office environment, requiring someone who thrives taking full ownership of a space and its systems while delivering both practical structure and genuine care to our members, guests, and partners.

As our primary Community Weaver on the ground, you aren't just managing desk space; you are architecting an ecosystem for connection. You will hold the container for collaboration, intentionally guiding members through their lifecycle from onboarding to daily engagement, and curating community value through member-led workshops, skill shares, and networking events.

The nature of this role means that every day is different and priorities shift quickly. Unexpected curveballs will pop up, and you will need to be the calm, decisive, and friendly eye in the storm as you find solutions.

While you are backed by a supportive team, you will mostly be flying solo on the ground. You will need to independently manage day-to-day operations, untangle logistics, and use your best judgment to keep the ecosystem thriving. Success in this role means taking the initiative to drive your own workflow, seamlessly navigating platforms like Airtable and Go High Level , while maintaining proactive communication loops.

If you love weaving together warm hospitality, autonomous backend operations, and a bit of tech-savvy magic, you’ll absolutely flourish here.

  • Offer support and guidance to members navigating workspace tools (Coworks, printers, kitchen, etc.)
  • Keep the corkboard and internal community touchpoints up to date

  • You’re reliable, self-directed, and know how to prioritize without constant oversight
  • You’re curious and comfortable learning new tech platforms
  • You bring both warmth and professionalism to your work
  • You’re resourceful — able to figure things out, problem solve on the fly, and recenter on what is important.
  • You carry a natural capacity for nuance and meet people exactly where they are, cultivating genuine relationships across differences.
