Job SummaryUnder general direction plans, organizes, directs and coordinates functional systems management and project delivery for the institution’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and integrated application portfolio. Oversees the operational lifecycle of ERP modules and related systems modules including patch management, and system change coordination; facilitates functional configuration, user acceptance testing, and cross departmental readiness for both Banner module updates and integrated third‑party systems;
serves as the primary change management champion for the enterprise applications portfolio, building adoption and facilitating training coordination across the institution; directly supervises Systems Analysts within the Enterprise Applications Team; and performs related duties as assigned.
