CNA Instructor
The CNA Instructor will, using an approved curriculum, teach adult students the skills necessary to pass the CA State Certification exam and provide safe professional care in a clinical setting. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse is required. Candidates may teach up to 30 hours a week in the classroom and in a clinical setting. Experience in long term care is preferable but not required.
This position follows the academic calendar of MPUSD at 187 days. Generally, there are no nights or weekends. Salary is commensurate with experience. The commitment to obtain a Clear California Designated Subjects Credential is required however, with documented transcripts/or experience candidates may qualify for a Preliminary Designated Subjects Credential.
