Overview

DSP Research Scientist🚀 Pioneer the next generation of signal processing solutions for critical national security challenges. You will research and implement advanced algorithms to solve uniquely difficult RF problems in low-SNR and high-interference environments, contributing to a renowned legacy of innovation.

• Research, design, and implement advanced signal processing algorithms in software for demanding RF applications.
• Perform sophisticated RF signal and data analysis, reverse engineering, simulation, and modeling.
• Implement new and optimized algorithms in C/C and Python, supporting their transition to real-time, high-performance production environments.
• Work effectively as an individual principal investigator or as a key member of a small, elite engineering team.
• Translate customer objectives into technical requirements and manage performance, schedule, and expectations.
• Communicate complex technical subjects clearly and effectively to customers, end-users, and partners at all levels.
• Conduct technical performance evaluations and deliver comprehensive project status reports.

• M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a directly related field (Ph.D. is preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant research or engineering experience (5 years preferred).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active, in-scope Top Secret/SSBI security clearance.
• An outstanding background in one or more of: signal processing, digital communications, detection & estimation theory, radar processing, or adaptive array processing.
• Preferred:
  Demonstrated experience implementing signal processing algorithms in C/C and Python.
• Preferred:
  Knowledge of software defined radio (SDR), RF architecture, and modern protocols (e.g., LTE, WCDMA).
• Preferred:
  Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills, with experience in technical project leadership.
