• Manage datacenter support, including configuration and support of domain system servers, SAN, NAS, backup systems, identity management, and datacenter security.
• Develop, sustain, stage, and operate systems in a hybrid cloud/datacenter environment.
• Plan, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and operate system servers and applications during and after work hours.

• Experience with Microsoft O365, VMWare, vSphere, NSX‑T, Linux Red Hat, Windows Server, SQL, MySQL, EMC SAN technologies, Active Directory, AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Deep technical knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking protocols, storage technologies, cloud computing platforms, and security best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

• BA/BS degree with a minimum of 5+ years experience.
• AA/AS degree with a minimum of 7+ years experience.
• 9+ years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
• IAT Level II (CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) certification and applicable CE/OS certification.
