Non-Negotiables- You must be a U.S. citizen with an active Top Secret/SSBI clearance
- A minimum of a Master's degree in a related engineering or scientific field is required, with a Ph.D. strongly preferred
- You need at least two years of relevant work experience, ideally five or more years
- Demonstrated expertise in signal processing, digital communications, detection and estimation theory, or related areas is essential
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python are required, with experience implementing signal processing algorithms
- Good customer communication and presentation skills are essential for translating technical concepts to various audiences

- You will perform RF signal and data analysis, reverse engineering, simulation, and modeling to solve complex problems
- You will implement new algorithms using C/C++ and Python, ensuring robust and efficient code
- You will support the transition of algorithms to real-time, high-performance production computing environments
- You will communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, on complex technical subjects to customers, end-users, and partners at varying levels
- You will translate customer objectives into technical requirements and manage performance and schedule expectations while providing clear project status updates
- You have an outstanding background in one or more of the following: signal processing, digital communications, detection and estimation theory, remote sensing, radar signal processing, adaptive antenna array processing, or navigation/geolocation
