Job Description
This role engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The successful candidate will process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, conduct deep conversations to understand clients’ financial priorities, and connect them with appropriate solutions.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and established processes in daily activities.
- Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow business knowledge and network.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results.
- Collaborative and able to build and nurture strong relationships.
- Passionate about delivering an experience that improves clients' financial lives.
- Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
- Effective communicator comfortable engaging all clients.
- Quick learner adapting to new technology platforms.
- Proficient in educating clients on simple banking transactions via ATM, online banking, or mobile banking.

- Efficient time and capacity management with a results orientation.
- Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours; may be scheduled at various financial center locations.
- Experience in financial services and industry knowledge of products and solutions.
- At least one year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Minimum six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree (e.g., business management, administration, or finance).

Pay Range$25.00 – $27.88 per hour, based on experience, education, and skill set. This role has a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
