Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation

Travel to Salinas location twice weekly for consistent patient follow-up
Requirements:Active CA SLP license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
Strong communication and clinical skills
Experience in geriatric or post-acute care a plus
