• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Long Term Care experience.
• Experience with Net Health is required from any number of months.

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed.
• No current placement allowed at Program:
  Medefis Program - Cypress Ridge Care Center (Non-MSP - VMS).

Required skills and experience: With more than 1 year of SNF experience and knowledge of Rehab Optima (Net Health)

• 7 days maximum time off
• 1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

• CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
