Caregiver Shifts Salinas

Caregiver - 6 am to 2 pm shifts available in Carmel.

8 am - 12 pm shifts available in Monterey/Marina.

4 pm - 8 pm shifts available in Monterey/Marina.

Caregiver Pay: $21–$24/hr + $2/hr weekend bonus

• Provide compassionate one-to-one care in the home as a caregiver.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals and help with light housekeeping.
• Offer friendly companionship and engaging conversation.
• Run local errands and provide reliable transportation.
• Keep clear, timely care notes while following HIPAA guidelines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test (clear) or chest X-ray.
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) Caregiver.
• 1+ year of in-home caregiver experience (preferred).

• Hourly commitment to bring comfort, dignity, and independence to seniors and adults.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with a big heart.
• Strong communication skills and calm demeanor.
• Ability to treat every client like family.
