Montage Health is seeking a Medical Scribe to accurately transcribe patient encounters into the EMR for physician review. Under supervision, you accompany physicians during exams to document history, exams, diagnoses, and procedures.
You will also transcribe orders (labs, radiology, medications) and ensure timely entry into the EMR. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and confidentiality are essential in this role.
