• You will perform basic to mid-level analyses for a wide variety of requests in order to direct the execution of the operational computer run through analysis and management of all ongoing real time computer systems processes.
• You will implement and execute the operational execution, configuration and maintenance of database management software and other software systems to provide realtime support to mission critical decision aids and to provide accurate information.
• You will execute the plans and designs, which have been formulated for data management and data distribution to be run on a 24/7 basis in support of worldwide customers.
• You will executes the plans and designs, which have been formulated for telecommunications networks and related sophisticated client server systems.
• You will execute, implement, document, debug and maintain large and complex database systems and the software applications which they interface with, including testing and restorative procedures or upgrading as necessary.
• You will work with senior programmers and technicians as required to solve technical problems and to restore operational systems to full capacity.
• You will perform other duties as assigned.

• Must pass CSWO training level I within three months. Must be fully CSWO qualified within nine months with a demonstrated proficiency of skill as the CSWO.

• This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code Tech Support Specialist , proficiency level Basic the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
